This display was created to be draped in the store in the same fashion as a tapestry using clothespins as the medium for the project. 15,000 clothespins were individually hand dipped in plaster to add texture and then dip dyed using different variations of dye colors. 3 layers of deer mesh were then cut into the shape desired and rope was tied along the edges to help support the deer mesh and clothespins. The deer mesh was attached to the ceiling by the rope, clamps, and hooks before the clothespins were to be installed. The clothespins were then individually clipped onto the deer mesh in the pattern pre-planned before installation.
